Not really, ptosis is more the the skin around the eye being weak, while just having uee is just having eye lids exposed.

My plan now is: Upper eyelid fillers, get the rest of my both tattoo sleeves and chest, my body is nice but get it even better and wait for the lifts to fraud a little bit more

Your undereye support is probably shit, which should be the thing you fix

Ah bro, i will not get any more surgery, but appreciate the effort, will get upper eyelid fillers. If it gets nice effect, will just get that, if not i will get ptosis surgery
