gotta ask: do you tend to eat little? if I were you I'd eat more protein foods and good carbohydrates and start lifting. look into taking zinc supplements. a combination of all these things can literally improve your face

i eat less calories tbh, but around 160 gms protein, only 2 meals tho. like 8 eggs , high protein milk 1 L and cottage cheese

damn, that's not a lot of calories. loads of protein though. imo you don't have enough vitamins, meat protein and actual good carbs (dark bread) or nuts. you probably do cardio too right. if you do that in combination with little calories, it will make your face look either gaunt or collect facial/buccal fat.

you have more than enough protein but you need more carbs + weight lifting or calisthenics. that's what helped me and it's also generally known in medical circles

i eat multi vitamins, omega 3 , vit-d, zinc, magnesium, collagen, creatine
