I would say grow your hair out slightly more and find a way to lower the set of your eyebrows.

My hair grows out nice but this was after a fresh cut, and I could force my eyebrows lower it just makes me look somewhat angry. I'm thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, should I?

Slayer ramus, and fw the hair. I’d use some salt spray or something to add some texture. Looks kinda flat. Maxilla and chin are nerfing you. As well as a more projection and slimmer nose.

Don’t get a rhino your nose is fine. And yea you can mask the high set brows with hair in front. You look good gang.
