Hey guys, I'm curious about any suggestions for improvements that can be made for me. Like plastic surgery I have about 50,000 dollars in savings to spend on surgery. I was thinking of getting implants. To give context this photo is a little bit fraudulent. But still responds to me

I'm currently 5'10 and weight like 77.4 kgs looking to cut down and improve. What I got for self improvement.,
