midface is too long relative to lower third...or maybe the lower third is just to short. Features are HTN but this throws off your harmony so MTN.

you're apparently lean as you have no fat around your eyes, and you have a short jaw, as well as the fact that you might be balding, try to shorten your upper third to average it out

One of those cases that create lots of difference in opinion

Some will see you as some sort of HTN because of your hollow cheeks, eye colour and skin colour contrast, masculine nose, etc

Others will see you as LTN because of eye shape, hairline, crooked nose, etc
