by volume I mean longer sustained sessions. you dont have to do it continously, think of it as reps in an exercise, except the reps are 30 seconds long

I have nothing but time and I guess it wouldnt hurt to try this

im making an appliance by jan anyways, this might keep the sutures open for longer if I do it frequently enough

so I got to a point where I could sustain 30 minute sessions without my thumbs completely dying, but it gave me insane fatigue after a few months jfl

pretty sure I saw changes then. I dont know though, it was probably puberty

im calling it cope NOW because my sutures are interdigited. but like I said, it wouldnt hurt to try. my sutures arent entirely closed yet and probably wont be for another few months
