And I need a facial rating that's accurate no bias

Ahh I see for my nose I'm saving my allowance for a rhino but in the meanwhile i ordered accutane and im using hydrocortisone 1% to shrink it so hopefully that works

Do u have any solutions for downward growth imma try doing 3x15 chin tucks for that
