focus on eyebrows, also if you consider hardmaxxing, you should do fat grafting above your eye, might be wrong tho, thats just my opinion

yeah imo with the fat grafting, otoplasty, eyebrow and eyelash density, a little masculinization, fixing your skin and gaining muscle mass(especially in the neck region) u can maybe secure MMTN+
