i have upper eyelid exposure
very bad jawline and chin-neck distance
big and drippy nose
narrow palate
probably i was mouth breather
i dont have much good feature besides height but it cant tolerate ts
20yo male genetic disaster
185cm 6ft1
is it over or recoverable with little invasive operation?
i dont wanna get bimax cuz it hurts. but maybe i can get sliding genio or wraparound custom jaw implant.
i believe im hltn-lmtn not sure though
eitherway cant pull anyshit

any idea and advice will be appreciated.even i wanna see bad comments.
 
Recessed maxilla, bimax would ascend you hella and I believe it’s the only think you really need

its very very invasive and im not sure if its really worth for me. even recovery process takes almos 6 month.

Yes, it is in fact a very invasive surgery and recovery is intense, but within the 6 months it gets gradually better, it’s not like you won’t be able to chew anything for all that time
 
Yeah youre recessed, get bimax.

genio would be useless imo since your chin doesnt seem recessed. Its already aligned with your mouth which is ideal, itts just your jaws that are further back than ideal.
 
a genioplasty would benifit you heavily, ur height is a halo doe esp if u fraud to 6'4
 
also at ur age if u wanna fix ur narrow palate ur gonna need a sarpe

how would genio benefit him? his chin isnt recessed, the issue is the lack of forwards growth of his jaws
