Upper maxilla isnt recessed but from the side profile ur infras appear to be recessed. Lower third however u have some chin recession which probably is the reason why people say ur entire maxilla is recessed. Fix the haircut and look for hardmaxxes in the future. Hltn lmtn, potentially lhtn possibly
