ltn, you need to work on your eyes, not much you can do with softmaxxing there so you need canthoplasty. youre eyebrow area also needs to be polished. your lower third and midface also needs to be worked on but youre 15 so with puberty things will change. if it doesnt really change then you need mandibular osteotomy and/or implants

not really, you can do cardio for leanness, and eat healthy + get a lot of protein, so mostly focus on those things
