First of Your lower lip is good don't touch it, for the upper lip you could use volufiline but it adds less than a millimeter or just doesn't work I'm not sure and I know a technique it's brushing your lips for a few minutes it will create microfiber fracture wich will grow overtime to make it bigger but no proof it works look up other techniques and idk If it's the pics but it looks like you don't have a ramus i think chewing-gums can fix that just fix these things and you'll be chad youre like a darktriad version of chico.
