i would rate you about average. The lower third is really your biggest failo (Besides the esr). You definitely have potential..

I know my esr isnt ideal but u think my eye area is bad ? What do u think I can reach with leanmaxing and surgery ?

Take some mk677, take it at night so u don't feel the hunger that much. That should help a lot with the bodyfat

Yes you can, literally just use sunscreen. I can see your skin looks ass even with the filter you're using to hide it

I’d say lean out and invest in iris depigmentation and you can hit Lmtn overall you need your hardmaxx
