Honestly you look good and the only "problem" i can see are your eyes unless you are opening your eyes wide as possible for the picture. You need hunter eyes and maybe a different hairstyle.

I used it for long enough that a lot of the hairs in my temple stayed, I had a really shit wonky hairline at one point but minox helped. Had to stop tho my skin was getting fkd

Chew equally both sides and not 24/7. Also start using mastic/falim gum when regular gum is like paper

I normally wouldn't recommend someone like Taban so quickly but considering that your zygos and brow ridge seem pretty alright I think fixing up your infraorbital region will help. Infra orbital implants usually work best when your aforementioned zygos and brow ridge are pretty well developed but your eyes still stare into the abyss much like this ascension below

Too many people think infraorbitals is all they need but without the proper zygomatic support a decent amount of patients end up looking squintmaxxed because of that
