You actually have decent potential. People here see any Indian and just assume its over. I would say the first thing you can start doing is stay clean shaven since your face actually has a nice silhouette, you have good lips and eye shape. Maybe its the lighting but you look ridiculously greasy, if you aren't already shampoo and condition every day with good product and make sure you always shower in the mornings. Change your hairstyle too you can have a meta haircut since you don't seem to be balding.
