yeah, it was definitely some help of puberty but i didn't just let my genetics do its thing because I was debloating too I drank at least 3L of water a day and it was also very helpful but I'm sure that without bone smashing i wouldn't look the way i do now bc both of my parents don't have good bone mass I also tried to get at least 7-8hrs of sleep during that time so i kinda pubertymaxxed ig doing all of these things constantly.
