Oh that’s some noticeable progress from bone smashing non stop I used to be a boneless chud this was me abt less than a year ago at 13 now I’m 14

good jaw, lmtn, all of suggest is eat more protein and bulk up to get ur bonesmass up maybe take HGH to help with it, put on a good frame with it, maybe use better curl products and grow ur hair out a little bit more, shave that joke of a mustache off, get reduction cheiloplasty when ur older, maybe alarplasty too, also grow out ur eyelashes using minoxidil or wtv, also maybe use lumify eye drops and colored contacts to brighten eye color ur eye area is very mid

Definitely improved, but it was mostly from puberty. You lost alot of baby fat which just made your bones more noticeable.

yeah, it was definitely some help of puberty but i didn't just let my genetics do its thing because I was debloating too I drank at least 3L of water a day and it was also very helpful but I'm sure that without bone smashing i wouldn't look the way i do now bc both of my parents don't have good bone mass I also tried to get at least 7-8hrs of sleep during that time so i kinda pubertymaxxed ig doing all of these things constantly. I would appreciate any other tips too.
