Its never fucking over, your old so your probably knowledgeable, id say first it starts with social and job maxing, if you dont have any kind of degree or anything, either work a low-key part time job, like maybe checkers(they have no customers) or some kind some kind of other fast food joint job, then, try to better your relationships(im assuming nobody likes you) so rekindle those relationships, your next step is dietmaxxing, and gym maxxing, since at this point you have a job, you should be able to get a planet fitness membership, and thats when the real grind starts, search around the gymcel threads to figure out a good workout routine, if you cant, just use ai,make sure to give it details about yourself so it can make you a good split, things like how much you weigh, your height, bf% and how much you can curl in dumbells and deadlifts and stuff. And this is the most important part, dietmaxxing, you NEED to stay in a caloric deficit, I'd say you need to slow down how much you eat, so for example, if your eating 3000cals a day, every week, take off like 100-150 cals a day, so do this SLOWLY SO YOUR BODY CAN GET USED TO IT(DONT DO IT TOO FAST OR YOUR GONNA BINGE EAT LATER) and do it until your eating like 1800-2100 calories a day, ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR HITTING ALL YOUR MACROS, and also make sure you do this: whatever you weigh in pounds, convert that to grams of protein, so you can get your daily protein intake, example: if you weigh 200 pounds, you should be eating atleast 200g protein a day, id recommend getting more, so like maybe 300g even, you should have a good job at this point, so make sure your eating WHOLE/ORGANIC FOODS, dont buy that cheap stuff at Walmart, go to maybe a stop and shop, or maybe a Publix, and get healthy food, always keep it a variety of things, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, and also make sure your taking vitamin, and mineral supplements, you can find those online, I recommend using the website nutricost to get those, they have a lot of stuff, DONT START PINNING!!!!!!! STAY CONSISTENT!!!! GET GOOD AMOUNTS OF SLEEP!!! If you do this for lets say, maybe 2-3 years, and you dont notice any major changes, start pinning, if you do end uo changing, you did good. I'd you cant stay consistent and give up, thats on you: You never really wanted to ascend , so you didn't. But please stay consistent, and its never over, dont give up, and if your not doing it already, try to pay your mom some kind of rent

Also another thing, During this process, doing get in any kind of romantic relationship, does could hurt you more than help, so I'd say just do this for yourself(thats what im doing) and you'll see progress, I've personally never had a girlfriend, but ever since I've started ascending, I've felt way better about myself, and I've been doing better(I was also suicidal in my life) And please dont give up, I can tell that since your mom is keeping you around, she truly cares for you, so maybe you could ascend for her, so she can see you in better shape n stuff, PLEASE STAT CONSITENT, inconsistency is the only reason why people dont ascend, that, and laziness, your doing good by sticking around for your family, so I can tell you have some kind of perseverance and conviction left, keep your head high king never give up.
