Not anything at the moment, just a decent diet and mega dosing vitamin D3 K2 for the past 3 months. Also on Medikinet / Ritalin to have low stress in uni.

Minor planned fixes are: Insoles,obviously not for hight but to get my spine straight and with it improve my facial symmetry over time, might be cope but I need them non the less.

Surgical lifting of my negative eyelids and slight fix in very mild ptosis.

Maybe mouth widening if MSE isn’t approved as I have mild crowding of teeth. (Still all straight)
