i have scoliosis, flat feet, I'll fix it and get 1-1.5 inches, plus I would have grown to 5'8 (endocrinologist predicted it), a total of 5'9. Insoles +1.2 inches, shoes with soles 1.6 inches, a hat like a cap or other hat will also visually add about 0.5 inches. A total of 5'11, which is very great . but ill try to take HGH this summer
