i mean yes, the bf is not the issue at all.
It's your face shape. It's pretty odd, you look high T, yet not any angulary, and your face looks like the one of an hamster - no offense.
Either you have weird bone shape, either you have chew too much

This is my frame. It's wide, sure, but my arms and front delts don't really correspond to its size lol.

I have little wrist too, but giga wide ankle and legs overall, wondered if it was high E or high T ffs
