Fix your hair they look like you jse a 2 in 1 try tretinoin or hydrocortisone on your nose to slim it down even tho i am not sure if it works havent tried it its worth giving a try

Nose but i think on the cartilage not everwhere and i am not sure sbout how much i didnt go that deep into this because my nose doesnt need it but i think 0.025 will be okay

If you are talking about tretinoin you can apply it on the whole face and on the whole nose its okay it will help your skin
