Bruh what. fat will lead to suppressing of hormones. No need to be anorexic just a healthy diet and gym will eventually give him more muscle mass, better hormones and bones due to it. If you won't agree I think its just reducing competition from you

Can’t really tell. Your face is gonna change a lot throughout puberty, you look too young to rate honestly. Just have a healthy diet, sleep 9 hrs a night and start hitting gym. You’ll be fine bro
