5'10 18, really asymmetrical on the right side of my face ik

i want to also remove my nasolabial folds, make my skin clearer, and also grow my hair out. im down to try methods but surgery sounds a bit wild for me to do.

i was told i'm sub 5 so hopefully i'll be able to ascend from there, idk what to though.
also that photo of my eyes is for you to see my area, it was screenshotted from a video so it may look as if im squinting but even i'm unusure whether i was doing that or not.
