For sure I'm gonna start my leanmaxxing journey from march that's the only thing that can help
 
Cheekbones are too low set, not only that but theyre also very round and feminine. Comically short philtrum and shit lip proportions, thin neck, feminine bitemporal width, and ur eye area in general is not that good. Brows could be darker and denser , lower set, less UEE, better canthal tilt.

Well done, still relatively thin, try to make it around 95% of ur bigonial width and u will improve a lot imo

I'm doing neck extensions with 5kg everyday but yeah it's gonna take some time for a thick neck i tried mike Tyson neck training and the very next day I wasn't even able to move my neck other way

Ik lol i got fat this winter it's just debloat and good lighting I take furosemide for debloat. my bones are big af so hollow cheeks just appear if i suck a bit

idk you have the cheekbones of a bonemashing victim, looks very strange imo. like the hollow part of your cheeks should be a lot bigger you look swollen. Also they're quite lowset. I think it's really gonna be an all or nothing situation, a girl will either love them or be grossed out

I tried bonesmashing my orbitals only never touched my cheekbones I'm not swollen it's my face fat :feelswhy:
