Much to work on but the acne and BF% is the first thing to focus on, doing this alone will bump up your score by A LOT.

Honestly its kinda comedical asking for a rating while you can't even fix the bare minimum of society's expectation but whatever not putting you down for trying.

Realistically, debloat, lose the face fat, get lemon bottle, squint all the time cuz ur eye area is high key cooked and you’ll pull a ltb
