They are thick and have enough hair which is good try to shape them to a better shape. Search it up on the mega thread for a guide

most of your flaws are below the nose. mainly ramus length, chin width, gonial angle, chin projection, mouth width, chin width, neck width

good news is most of the above is fixable with simple jaw filler or jaw implants

for softmaxxing most important would be to widen your neck so it's similar width to your jaw

aside from that eyebrow+eyelashmaxx, grow the hair, shave the mustache.
