Well it is my humble opinion. I don't mean to be rude but you ask honestly , so yeah.
That long face is a death sentence. You've got a MTN potential with surgeries tho.

could likely be due to camera distortion since the phone is up close to his face lol, but yeah he is HTN

there is lens distortion but in person my face is quite long is there any way to make it less obvious would longer hair that covers my forehead make it less obvious?

there is 2 ways i can think of, which is yes; having longer hair may help with frauding ratios make it seem less longer than it should. The other way i can think of is by increazing the size of your upper lip, this is to create an illusion of a shorter midface, im not sure tho but that is my hypothesis
