Unfortunately no, u look nice for now so you don't need to worry about it so much, just focus on gym, neck training, diet, fixing skin, and I think you know about basic things like mewing and etc, just do your own research, and ofc surgery allowed when you'll be 18

kinda hard to fix skin since i have atopic dermatitis (chronic disease) and i use a lot of creams, moisturizer and all that types of stuff but is just impossible to have a clear skin
