But yes there is some potential and improvements that can be made. Just like the other guy said oral minoxidil to thicken eyebrows and grow lashes. You have a solid eye shape and eye color so I would take advantage of them, maybe even add in bimatoprost for even better eye area, just be careful with it. After that dye your lashes, hair, and brows black. Then fix your coloring with MT1/2 and take up a good skincare routine. I often recommend tret, azeliac acid, estriol, and topical GHK. Idk how old you are but you look like you may still have puberty to your advantage, so I would recceeomdn HGH/Test to possibly aid in a good maturization of your bone structure.
