Not that many softmaxes since your main flaws now is mostly colouring which you plan to fix.

If you’re open to hardmaxx I would maybe get infraorbital implants for undereye support plus supraorbital rim implant for lowering eyebrows.

Rhinoplasty for the nose could also be a good idea. Everything else is just good or mediocre or bad. That you can’t fix
