Your ramus length seems to be your biggest flaw but side profile is overrated plus your other features are really good and high dimo like radix and brow ridge projection. Also very good submental regio

Yeh you have very good harmony, all your features work well together. You could probably hit CL if you fix your midface and under eyes. Coming from someone with a super narrow palate, definitely check yours out and see if that is the issue

Also some other minor issues are your nose size (it’s slightly too big for your face imo) and weaker than ideal lower third but your nose shape is quite good so it doesn’t really matter, especially to women.

got measured by DEXA. Yea, I agree difference would probably be negligible, but lean is law also so it wouldn't hurt either ig.
