U prob don't really need to do much then. I would also recommend wearing sunscreen whenever in the sun, as that will prevent about 90% of visible skin aging over time.

5.5/10 mtn+. i recommend gonial implants for jaw width. lip filler especially upper lip. mouth width or pallette expander. and ofc rhinoplasty should be high on ur list. i think with just the jaw implants + rhino + some roids u could have a shot at the good life.
