Try getting leaner, collagenmaxing, jaw and chin fillers (your lower third lacks projection, height and angularity), almond eye surgery, grow a stubble beard (because you have a long philtrum) and wear light colored contact lenses. How tall are you? I can see you doing well if you’re 6’2”.

He still won’t be able to get a lefort because his maxilla isn’t recessed. His side profile looks like that because his upper maxilla is forward grown while his lower maxilla is recessed. Not worth getting an entire freaking bimax over IMO since it won’t make that much of a difference anyway.
