not saying u should do surgery u gonna be fine without much struggles for ur looks at the end

Dont u think it would be better to get bimax and lefort 1? But implants do seem good

i add a little more on the chin but if i add more it will look like ogre tier and not good for real life

Ok thanks man, im not against surgery in any way, i dont really understand the negative view people tend to have on it, it doesn’t have any sustainable reason behind it

Thats why im saying maybe a lefort 1 to reduce the gonail angle paired with some implants could be perfect

doesn’t lefort gave u more forward growth?
anyway i dont think u would have good results for the chin with lefort
