Only softmaxx I can recommend are neck curls/chin tucks to push that hyoid up, but U need a mandibular osteotomy, I believe that will fix the underbite. Can't get any Lefort because it also fucks with the upper jaw alignment, so the maxilla is ur worst feature rn. U still have appeal tho, great front profile. U don't need any surgeries if u feel comfortable, but if u are, then look at those

Now that I look at it, u dont want a mandibular osteotomy, but a genioplasty. I mistook the chin position for an underbite, but u just need a reduction. From what I can tell, your "bite" is balanced. Good news is tho, if ur going all in on surgeries, u can definitely get a Lefort 1, but beware of the risks
