There is a million nerves and viens, the eye area is complex, its easy to fuck up, you can go blind, and if you somehow pull it off you will regrow it anyway.
Also, by this logic, you might aswell do a DIY surgery on yourself. The only way to safely fix your medial canthus is to get a medial canthoplasty.

Aight bro thanks what can i do to not feel this ugly anymore i think my biggest flaw is my midface and my underdeveloped bones (they look bigger than they are in the in the picture) Im currently going to the gym almost everyday to build a stronger and leaner body but my face is just too ugly
