just average out how happy the average day will be for the rest of your life and if it's above sleeping or not, if you deep within your heart think the average moment of the rest of your life will be below not existing, then telling you to stay around is simply selfish and just "feels right" because death sounds scary, imagine sitting in a garden neutral temperature, not a single ache or pain, no hunger no thirst and zero thoughts, that's what death actually is, it doesn't get better for most people is the sad reality
