isotret and taz, the isotret will also make your nose smaller

i didn't actually look at your picture before replying and unless you're frauding your skin it doesn't look bad at all so i doubt you really need either, taz is tazarotene and you can just use indiamart for isotret if you want to shrink your nose but honestly i'd use hydrocortisone for that. just make sure you use something like ashwagandha because hc spikes your cortisol and just take it right before you apply the hc
