Yeah you are fine but tbh I wouldn’t hop on test if I were you. You already seem pretty muscular and it’d cook your fertility and make you bald sooner

I have a testosterone deficiency. I had a blood test, and they recommended that I inject 150 mg per week. I haven't made any progress at the gym for a year now, and I think I developed this testosterone deficiency because I lost a lot of weight. I'm definitely going to take Finasteride, an estrogen blocker, and minoxidil as well. No problem at all.

ohhh I see I didn’t know it was that complicated. Yeah at that point it’s definitely better to inject. Have you been eating enough fats? That could cause a big issue with hormone stability if you’re not having enough

Yeah, I’m from Germany. Here, you can get a blood test done to check your hormone levels, and depending on the results, TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) can be prescribed if it’s medically necessary. My levels were a little low when I was 19.

As for my diet, I actually eat a very good, balanced diet and make sure I get enough healthy fats, protein, carbs, vitamins, and minerals. So I don’t think a lack of dietary fat was the issue.
