My brother, that cystic acne is wild. Use a gentle face cleanser twice a day, and wash and moisturize ur skin in the evening. Try using a gentle exfoliant, such as a scrub or peeling, to remove dead skin cells for the scars. It won’t do much but a little goes a long ways.

If worse comes to worse, try laser resurfacing.
