Keep a balanced diet , workout 4,5 times a week , get some whey protein , stay between 10-12% bodyfat if you wanna get an aesthetic physique , if you wanna progress faster try a ppl split , (dont forget training abs cuz they are key in building an aesthetic physique , you can train them daily at home/gym , just do some weighted crunches 2 sets till failure) and the most important be consistent .
