Why would you ask for a rate when you’re fat and bulky? Only ask for ratings once your lean, since that’s what you truly look like.

Also JFL at intentional looksminning yourself and bulking. You don’t need to bulk to make gains for the first 2 years of training really, and even then, the ROI may not even be worth it.
