Measured in at 6' this morning, dude its insane. ive grown i think 2cm from hgh but then like 3cm just from fixing my anterior pelvic tilt. Its legit only been 3 days since ive started glute bridges and core excercises and istg my torso is more than inch longer now and im like singnificantly taller.

i also last night realised i have lowk like very severe scoliosis so im gonna learn how to do the physical therapy on myself and then get surgery, which can also get me anywhere between 1-3 inches in height lol. I just want to wait till im done growing naturally cause they fuse ur spine together for it

glute bridges, core excercises, and the thing where u lay on your back with your feet on floor by your butt and you press your lower back into the floor with ur glutes and abs.

i grew more than an inch from it in half a week, i think i had very severe misalignment and i did have terrible rib flare so it makes sense i think i made my body stack on top of itself normally again instead of like sinking in

i literally have 0 reason to lie lmaoo i measured at 183cm this morning. regardless i could b 5'8 n mog u. And its literally a well known fact that this happens to people who had severe alignment issues when they start working on it, instant height gains because you are making your body stack properly instead of sinking.

compare this from a week ago to now for example
