lmaooo, im actually lithuanian with german roots though
you look pretty good, i'd say mtn. i'd say the only thing id say are your health indicators. you look slightly puffy and tired, your skin and lips look dry, and your hair could be improved

Yeah, hair, brows, etc. I’m not sure if a tan would look good on you. But, maybe try a slight one?

tbh, i hear that a lot, don't really know a good solution though i sleep pretty well actually

could be alot of things. diet, stress, sleep timing, not just how long you sleep but how well and what time, habits like smoking or drinking etc. how physically active are you?

i workout 3/4 times a week weightlifting and maybe cardio once a week.

yeah i have skincare routine, i do minoxidil, retinoids. I think the problem could be my sleep timing like you mentioned before, because i get 9hrs of sleep but i sleep at different times

try sleep at the same time every night. its harder said then done as i dont even do this lmfao

ok, thx bro you're helpful fr
when it comes to undereye stuff theres alot you can do. so try optimise your undereye area, skin wise maybe you need better products or need a better protocol when it comes to moisturising. could be worth try getting a slight tan as well. hair wise find good products, shampoo from time to time and get a good conditioner.
