worst case scenario ur gonna have to go under the knife and get filler or fat grafting or something like that.
but u probably wanna start with brushing ur lips every night, applying vaseline and trying to increase collegen production around ur lips by applying things like matrixyl and volufiline it might help over the course of like 2-3 monthts, try it out and if it doesn't work it might sadly be over </3
