good height, you'll grow another 2-3 inches at best with puberty. eye area needs some improvement fs. facial hair is questionable, cant tell if you should keep it or not, but trim regularly if you're going to keep it, dye it too. you also have negative canthal tilt and not much eye appeal, for that look up some positive canthal tilt exercises and look into green/hazel contacts. you can definetly hit hmtn-lhtn. rn probably mltn-hltn.
