What do I need. I know my side profile is fucking hideous, but what can I do on the surface or if not, will I benefit from a bimax or a rhinoplasty?

Totally agree, but what hardmax specifically. Money is not necessarily an issue. I feel like bimax or a rhinoplasty are good contenders but with the rhinoplasty it won’t fix my downward growth, recessed maxilla, etc.

consider the downtime and others you might want to get both at the same time as it would help with a more accurate z angle and frankfurt
also youve got really bad head posture if thats your natural posture

Cooked lower third just roidmax until you can afford smth like surgery to fix your lower third
