And aqualyx at such a young age is stupid, I keep on saying this but you young tards have to understand eating good food and proper way of life will ascend you far more than just taking up the newest chemicals that you haven't even properly have knowledge and still jamming it inside your system..

Ok, I will hop on erda for a year, in 1month so idk if it will ascend me for the bonemass and mandible and I will do test-E 150+ AI so I think it may ascend me to mtn or maybe low htn idk, mtn is earledy fine btw

and for the nourishment I eat meat 3times every weak,liver every 2 weeks,drink 1L milk every day and I eat eggs every morning and I do sprint and skiing alot in winter(2-3 times a week if I can) and the rest of the food I just eat what my mom give me to eat just I don't eat veggies and bread its all, fruits yes even tomatoes but veggies and salads I can't it taste bad
