Could I make it work with without bimax surgery and just get ht, rhino, and jaw implants or fillers?

Implants and fillers will look shit with your current level of recession.

You need jaw surgery to give you a foundation. Using big implants or lots of filler will just make you look weird. You’d wish you had started with bimax.

It’s a big surgery but it’s not as painful and difficult as you think. I think you might have functional problems as well which jaw surgery could help with.

I’ll consult a surgeon but if that’s the case I’ll probably just stick to HT and rhino

Would help but it won’t be enough in your case. You will still be below average. You could just get a chin wing or something.

Would take his advice here @corqorJQ, Bimax may sound "extreme" but it really isn't, and it will give you the most benefit out of everything, benefiting both life quality and facial attractiveness.

The only thing is it's more costly, but we all have to take risks to ascend.

I’m 22 and I want an honest rating.

I’m already very skinny and have low body fat even though my face is bloated. I shaved my head since I was balding really badly and I have lost quite a bit of hair.


I’m gonna start softmaxxing and start saving up for a trip to Turkey for rhino and fillers. Hair transplant as well if my routine doesn’t fix my hair by then.View attachment 3385357

first of all. ur bodyfat is nowhere near low. ur bodyfat is high and u lack muscle mass. go to the gym and make sure u eat plenty protein. do a clean bulk for 2 years to gain muscle and then slowly lean down.

Yeah you will 1000% see most benefit out of bimax,
You do look like you have some functional issues so the doctor won’t be hesitant to perform this on you.

And no this isn’t considered a risky surgery , nor is it very painful . I had friends at school have bimax (they where 16), and they where brutally recessed, they said it wasn’t particular painful. And yes they ascended hard.
Undergoing bimax is just expensive, it’s not that extreme as you are doing it for functional (as you may get sleep apnea later in life and this is a brutal sentence to be served, look jnto this), and also the cosmetic side.
